Been there, done that…. and have the “scars” to prove it.
It’s a nice thought, but reality indicates otherwise.
Some promises seem so simple when they are uttered,
yet so difficult to keep. Such is life. 😉

I would never believe such a thing – because not everyone has hair to play with – to make an assumption as such is ridiculous.

actually – come to think of it – this could possibly make sense, because every guy I have loved has wanted me to grow out my hair and I have refused – thus, promises broken.

To me it is not so much the length of the hair as it is the act itself. Caring enough and taking the time to run your fingers through someone’s hair until they fall asleep is a special thing. Very giving and unselfish. Then again, I am a man and what do we know about being unselfish and caring.

No one is perfect. In my opinion intentions and/or thoughts carries a lot of weight. Why? Because it takes a ‘special heart’ to conceive of these thoughts and or intentions. And even if they are not met, at least they were conceived and this says quite a lot. In my opinion. If that makes any sense.

I think humor likes to hide in the crash of reality and fantasy. Sometimes, it stands out like a clown in church when it’s within the context of love. I WAS going to only comment with, “Funny as in “til death do you part” but that’s not as funny as I thought. : )
